On March 17 this year celebrate the 150th anniversary of the 'Unity of Italy .
From spring 1859 to spring of 1861 , was born from a ' Italy divided into seven states, the new kingdom a path that starts from the military victory of the Franco-Piedmont in 1859 and contemporary progressive crumbling of the various Italian states who had tied their fate to the presence of Austria in the peninsula and ends with the proclamation of King Vittorio Emanuele II of Italy.
The logo of the anniversary is represented three tricolor flags that indicate three anniversaries of the 1911, 1061 and 2011 . The symbolic significance of the celebration refers to a message of national unity and identity and testifies to the commitment to promote the country as an expression of reality and peculiarities of all the regions that compose it.
